With self-awareness and a purpose in mind, your student can more easily navigate their high school planning, endorsements, and goals. In this 4 week workshop, we will take a career and personality assessment to consider their strengths and interests and how they are personally wired to work in community, independently, and how they approach work and solutions. Next, we will explore their experiences, giftings, aptitudes, and passions that shape their purpose and calling in life. We will use this information to begin personal career research. Lastly, we will look at the endorsements and how to choose their academic coursework and extra-curricular activities that will propel them towards their personal purpose and goals.
